"My daughter began Mommy and Me Dance of Durango in March 2009...she was only 13 months old.  She has come a long way since and has really developed into quite the little dancer.  Now 27 months old she still enjoys Michele's dance class as well as now attends the Ballet class.  Michele is a great instructor and this class has been great for my daughter for learning as well as socializing.  Not bad for mommy either...I have made some really nice friends."

 

My pediatrician was worried about my daughter's development so she was referred to an early intervention program.  The program recommended that my daughter participate in as many physical activities as possible.  We started going to Mommy and Me dance over a year ago and loved it!  My daughter has such a good time there.  It was is wonderful to see her run around and interact with the other children.  In addition, it stretches her body movements.  She does things in dance that I never would have thought possible.  She then goes home and keeps dancing.  She now wears her ballet slippers and ballet skirt round the clock!  The class has been fun and relaxing for both of us.  I highly recommend it to any parent.

 

 

I enrolled my children in Michele's Kids Dance class in November 2009.  We have since continued participating in some of the other programs that she offers.  Michele is (in a word) AWESOME!!  She has a very keen sense of awareness to each child's needs, wants, and desires.  She takes the time to get to know each child and appreciates their individuality.  The classes that I have taken from Michele focus on generating creativity, and the freedom of expression.  It is evident that Michele is passionate about providing a fun, safe, creative atmosphere for the children in her class.  I would highly recommend Mommy & Me Dance as a program that enriches the imagination, capability, and life of your child.
