NEW CLASSES!!!
Kids Yoga ages 3 to 5 years this class guides children through a creative yoga experience. Our unique approach combines yoga poses with art, stories, games, props and music. We will also explore breathing & relaxation techniques. Non-competitive and fun, students will work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and self-confidence.
Tuesdays 3:30pm-4:30pm
September 7th- October 12th
October 19th- November 30th (no class Nov. 23rd)
Baby & me! This creative class is for babies ages crawling to 15 months and their "grown-up". Cirlce time, dance, movement, yoga, music, art, stories and games provide a fun & educational experience for you & your little one.
Monday mornings 9:00am-9:45am beginning in October.
